Nelvio and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the app as offered.
Nelvio is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation; you are solely responsible for how you use outputs and for verifying information when important (for example, medical, legal, or financial decisions).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of Nelvio.
